El Primer Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional declaró inocente la tarde de este jueves al exsenador Tommy Galán de todos los ilícitos que el Ministerio Público le atribuía en el caso Odebrecht.
El excongresista de San Cristóbal fue acusado por el MP de recibir sobornos de Ángel Rondón, de enriquecimiento ilícito, subvaluar sus valores inmuebles, prevaricación, soborno, cohecho y lavado de activo producto del cohecho.
También lo imputó de influir en los miembros de la comisión de Finanzas (hoy Hacienda) para que se agilizarán y favorecieran los contratos para obras de la empresa Odebrecht.
