El inmigrante haitiano AgnerdPierre, alias Rojo, quien había secuestrado a Luis Manuel Vizcaíno, de 7 años, entregó al menor sano y salvo a sus familiares este lunes.
La entrega se realizó junto a la Dirección Central de Investigación (DICRIM), el Ejército dominicano y otros organismos de inteligencia, que acompañaron a los parientes del infante a la frontera de Bánica.
Pierre, secuestró al infante el pasado viernes, junto a su hermano de 14 años que luego devolvió en el cerco fronterizo de Elías Piña. El adolescente fue quien dio la voz de alerta a su padre Juan Vizcaíno Encarnación, sobre lo que había sucedido.
Sobre el secuestro
AgnerdPierre cruzó por el municipio Guaroa a través de las montañas para evadir los puntos de chequeo.
En el cerco fronterizo de Elías Piña, procedio a devolver al mayor de los hermanos y continuar su ruta en caballos hasta llegar a la comunidad Thomassique, en la República de Haití.
Posteriormente había solicitado a la familia del infante la suma de 150 mil pesos para proceder a devolverlo.
