SANTO DOMINGO (República Dominicana).- La Dirección General de Servicios Penitenciarios y Correccionales (DGSPC) informó que cuatro privados de libertad del Centro de Corrección y Rehabilitación (CCR) de Cucama, en La Romana, resultaron heridos tras una riña en la que participaron seis personas.
Los heridos, identificados como Luis Miguel Reyes, Joselo Marte Mota y Ariel Eliezer Gómez, fueron atendidos por una unidad del servicio 9-1-1 en el mismo recinto, mientras que Yeison Fulgencio fue referido y trasladado al hospital, donde recibió asistencia y fue regresado de nuevo al CCR.
La Unidad de Inteligencia y Asuntos Internos de la DGSPC inició las indagatorias sobre los motivos que generaron el pleito en el que se utilizaron armas blancas de fabricación carcelaria y en el que también participaron Robert David Rijo y Adonis Enmanuel Morales.
