El alcalde del municipio Higüey, Rafael Barón (Cholitin) se reunió el pasado viernes con el Director del IAD, Guillermo García, con la finalidad de agilizar los trámites para los terrenos donde se construirá el MercaHigüey.
Este proyecto será un mercado regional de abastos para suplir las demandas de la región y a la vez pueda ser un atractivo turístico.
En la visita acompañó al alcalde, Daniel Castaño, Gerente General Del Merca Santo Domingo y Polonio Guerrero Moni.
