El Tribunal Constitucional (TC) de la República Dominicana anuló este viernes la Ley Núm. 1-24, que creó la Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia (DNI).
El Tribunal Constitucional ha decidido acoger la acción directa de inconstitucionalidad presentada por los partidos Fuerza del Pueblo, Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) y Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD), y en consecuencia, anular la Ley núm. 1-24, que daba origen a la Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia (DNI), al considerar que esta normativa no se ajusta a los principios establecidos en la Constitución.
Asimismo, el Tribunal ha resuelto declarar estas acciones libres de costas, conforme al artículo 7.6 de la Ley núm. 137-11.
