Las autoridades omiten las identidades de los fugitivos contra quienes fue emitida una orden de arresto.
Se encuentran prófugas dos personas vinculadas al crimen del ambientalista Francisco Ortiz Báez, de 39 años de edad, cometido luego de que la víctima denunció la extracción indiscriminada de materiales para la construcción de un río en Tireo, Constanza, en la provincia La Vega.
Las autoridades omiten las identidades de los fugitivos contra quienes fue emitida una orden de arresto.
Por la muerte de Ortiz Báez están siendo procesados por el Ministerio PúblicoReynaldo Cruz Castillo, de 53 años, y Andy Joel Payano (alias El Guardia), de 25.
La audiencia de medida de coerción contra ambos está prevista para conocerse este viernes, a partir de las 10:00 de la mañana, en el tribunal de Atención Permanente de Constanza. El órgano acusador pide la imposición de prisión preventiva.
