El Primer Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional halló culpable este jueves al exministro de Obras Públicas Víctor Díaz Rúa de lavado de activos y enriquecimiento ilícito durante el conocimiento de la sentencia a los imputados en el caso Odebrecht.
El Ministerio Público ha pedido diez años de prisión contra el también exdirector del Instituto Nacional de Aguas Potables y Alcantarillados (Inapa).
Las juezas que integran el tribunal no han emitido sentencia aún contra los imputados.
