El vicealmirante Félix Alburquerque Comprés, extitular de la Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD), ha sido identificado como la persona que disparó contra el comunicador Manuel Tavárez Duncan, de 45 años y le quitó la vida.
La información fue confirmada a Listín Diario por la Policía Nacional.
Contra el Félix Alburquerque Comprés la Procuraduría General de la República emitió una orden de arresto.
De acuerdo al informe preliminar de la Policía Nacional el incidente inició por una discusión entre ambos mientras se encontraban en parqueo del establecimiento Rico Hot Dog, ubicado en la avenida Núñez de Cáceres esquina Romulo Betancourt.
Duncan legó a un establecimiento de comida rápida en compañía de un amigo, luego de haber cerrado un negocio de su propiedad, donde se produjo una discusión con Alburquerque Comprés.
En un video que circula en las redes sociales se ve como el comunicador se esconde detrás de una pared, a dónde se dirige el vicealmirante. En medio de lo que aparenta ser un forcejeo Félix Alburquerque Comprés le propina un disparo, el comunicador cae al suelo y estando en tierra vuelve y le dispara, procediendo a emprender la huida.
